Does the CPU fit?

So I am looking to upgrade my psu and gpu, and I was looking to buy the EVGA 430w psu and the famous GTX 750ti, but I thought to myself, does the psu fit my build.

8gb ram

Ok the Power Supply will WORK but im not sure what you mean by "fit"
Yes the Power supply has 24 pin and CPU Power, all Modern power supplys can power those components

Yes, the recommended power for the GTX 750ti is 400 watts. As long as you know that the PSU in question (EVGA 430w psu) has the proper cables for the Motherboard in question (Asrock h61m-dgs) you're good to go!
