Good day does the Dell optiplex 7010 (Big box - 3.4ghz) have a good enough cpu for gaming

It would depend on which CPU it came with. Can you post a link to the exact PC you mean?
That era Optiplex came with 3rd Gen i5/i7 processors. I have the similar Optiplex 9010 with a i7-3770. It is about as fast as any from that era. Good enough for 1080p gaming at max settings with my GTX 1070 Mini.
