Solution
still doesnt answer my question though

When the RAM is not on the list of your motherboard it doesn't mean it won't work. It means that it just wasn't tested by the company and will probably not offer any support because of it. Any DDR4 RAM should work. It's just not guaranteed everything will go smoothly when it's not on the list.
Could you link the RAM directly from the store. I want to see the model number.

Buy your RAM as a kit. 2 sticks KIT for dual channel. Do not buy individual stick twice not from a kit.

What Ryzen are you using? 2666MHz is slow RAM for a Ryzen. 3000-3200 at least.

I am using ryzen 5 2600, i think ill just overclock the ram :|

Did you buy the RAM already? Why not just buy a KIT with at least 3000MHz instead that is on your motherboard list?

Btw the RAM you linked is not from a kit. Even if you buy 2 sticks of 8GB from the same brand and model it does not guarantee that they will work well together. You have to buy a kit.

Personally I always stick to memory tested and approved by the motherboard maker...others will disagree but why risk the headache ?

Same here, I bought a Kingston Hyperx Fury 3200MHz which doesn’t show supported for the motherboard I bought. Only can run it at single stick, haven’t try to lower the voltage and run with 2 sticks will try later and see is it okay
