Question Does the motherboard support USB 16TB?

What do you mean by USB? is it in an external case and plugged in by USB?

motherboard is supporting SATA 6Gb/s, so usually yes via sata

USB ports of the motherboard:
  • 2x USB 3.2 Gen 1 5Gbps Type-C ports (1 port on the back panel, 1 port through the internal USB connector)
  • 5x USB 3.2 Gen 1 5Gbps Type-A ports (3 ports on the back panel, 2 ports through the internal USB connector)
  • 6x USB 2.0 ports (2 Type-A ports on the back panel, 4 ports through the internal USB 2.0 connectors)
should work via USB as well

The drive has a SATA connector, the drive should work with pretty much any motherboard out there, that doesn't have a 2TB/3TB limiter(meaning Sandy bridge platform). As for the USB port, that would come squarely from the USB dock/adapter you'll be pairing with the SATA drive. USB docks shouldn't have any problems.
