Does the MSI CSM H87 G43 support Haswell Refresh out of the box?

I'm curious if the motherboard I mentioned already comes with the latest bios to support Haswell Refresh, I want to install an i3 4160 and upgrade to an i5 4690 later on.

It could need a BIOS update, there is no guarantee that it will work out of the box, if you want to play it safe, get either a i3 4150 or a h97 motherboard.
