Does the new Fios Gateway Router have a "Guest" connecting option?

I am thinking of getting the new Fios Gateway router but I also need it to have a "Guest" option for my friends. If not, is there a way to configure this wireless router to have a sort of Guest option?

Supposedly, yes.
I have the FiOS-G1100, and there is a heading for "Guest Network" under "My Network"
However, I have not found a way to invoke this. More playing around inside is needed.

Of course, this presupposes you have fiber service from Verizon FiOS.

You can have it ethernet from the ONT to the router, but that requires more work.

Looking through the user manual for the latest revision of that model, I see nothing about "Guest"
So I'd guess not.

It's usually pretty obvious in the settings if you do have guest network, as it's a popular feature nowadays.

Depending on exactly where the ONT is, and where the router is.....'run the ethernet' may be a bit tricky.
For instance, in my house...they are at complete opposite ends.
