When i upgraded to Windows 10 i did an upgrade and wanted to fresh install, just never bothered until now
i have heard a lot of buzz about doing a clean install, but on all the pcs ive upgraded i havent had one problem and see no reason to do one at all.if it aint broke dont fix it.
