Hi everyone,
Just yesterday, I worked on a new build, I'm swapping my old Intel I7 gen4 with ddr3 to rog B650-A with 7700X with DDR5 6400MHz.
from what I found on the internet, Ryzen 7700X should support CORSAIR Vengeance DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) 6400MHz CL32.
now on default, I run the system with the lowest speed, when I choose in the BIOS the DOCP (Direct Overclocking Profile) with the right 6400MHz, the system does not boot, I get the memory problem debugging led on the motherboard, just when I reset the BIOS with CMOS pins, I choose the right DOCP setting for my memory and manually lowering the speed to 6000MHz, the system booting with the 6000MHz speed.
Does someone have any idea why it's happening?
also, my BIOS Ver.1413, is BIOS update can fix this problem?
Thanks.
