Question Does this can cause a failure of not providing a signal to the monitor?

Hello, I have built my pc 1hr ago, and when I started to turning it on the monitor doesn’t get a signal.
In the begging I took the vga out and used motherboards ( b450-f gaming) but still no signal.
Then I tried to take one by one rams still had no signal
All the pins were correctly attached.
After I took the stock amd 2700x cooler I found this on my motherboard. Could this be the problem with my system.

P.s leds on the motherboard: boot - white, dram - orange, vga does not light up, cpu - RED

2080 EVGA but when i tried with gpu the gpu fans spinned for about 20 secs and turned off. I cannot publish an image for some reason, but there is something bent on mobo

And also when GPU connected to mobo it is shows the white light
