If you're going for that kind of monitor, I'd consider upping the GPU to at least a 2080 or better. With ultra high refresh rates you really need a beefy GPU. The 2070 is fine for most use but if you plan on getting super high details, you need a beefier GPU.

As @MrN1ce9uy suggested consider getting an Freesync Monitor much cheaper but Good as Nvidia now support them, check the monitor that supports that.
I would consider getting a 240MM AIO liquid cooler for the cpu.
