So i just want to know if it bottlenecks it, and which cpu is great for this gpu,psu and mdb that is compatable give me few upgrade options.
Or is it better for me to buy new mdb and ryzen cpu cause it would be maybe cheaper?
Thank you for your time.

oh yea im stupid i didnt write which cpu i have... i3 4160...

Dual core is going to struggle. You can find some 4th gen i5 4570s for around 30 USD on eBay and a i7 4770 for around 50.

If you can afford a whole new system, mobo, cpu and RAM then I would suggest a Ryzen build.

For the CPU you can save quite alot and get yourself a Ryzen 2000 series CPU, the 2600 is often on eBay for between 80-100 USD, For mobo and RAM. In total you could probably replace your current build for about 200 USD.

At this point unless you can find a really good deal on a 4th gen i7 such as the 4770, (and by good deal I mean 80 USD and under, the cheaper the better) then I would just keep the i5 you have and it would be better to just save up and buy a modern platform, Intel or IMO Ryzen. You will also need new DDR4 RAM

If you bought the 580 new and can return it I would, you can either find a used 580 for under 100 USD (Ive seen some go for under 80 USD) or buy something like the GTX 1650 Super for a new card and it will be alittle bit better then the 580.
