I am mainly worried will it bottleneck my cpu and can my psu support it! Thanks to all who reply!

The motherboard have 1 PCI Express x16 (Gen 3.0) so it should work. As for the CPU yes it will be a bottleneck. Maybe you can find a used 4th gen i7 cpu to upgrade.

How bad will the bottleneck be?

If you wont upgrade the CPU and you can find the 1050Ti with a much cheaper price then yes.
