Does this laptop support SATA M.2 SSD or NVMe M.2 SSD

Cant' find anything in Dell's manuals, as they don't state....

But according to this forum post:

They're SATA only.

now , the M.2 Slot cant support both NVMe and SATA right ?

I don't own the laptop yet...I am planning to buy it...I asked dell about the lower model and they said it is PCIe...I cant reach the dell support anymore cause they need the product id ...

The dell manual says it supports pcie nvme and sata both....I also contacted dell and they also confirmed that it is pcie nvme...

maybe ask Samsung ?

There must be a way also to check through windows or Linux's settings....I have no clue how to though...

If you clearly examine the M.2 port in the Dell 7567 it shows that it has a PCIe slot (only the M key is required)

Therefore it should support both SATA and PCIe type SSDs
