Does this mean I have SATA 3? Or not?

Hello, you might know me because I create lots of threads with questions I have. (sorry)

I have a HP Compaq 6005 Pro SFF. The website says I have SATA 2. But in this picture I took when I was in the BIOS, it says something about SATA 3. So what SATA do I actually have?

No, unfortunately. Although it does read "SATA3" in BIOS (likely a typo), the actual speed (3.0 Gbps) says it all - it is actually a SATA2 interface.

Besides, this chipset (AMD 785G) only supports up to SATA2 speed anyway.
