yes it will, but for the K CPU like 6600K a motherboard based on Z170 chipset is a better match.

I just dont have much money to buy a better mobo that seems to be the cheapest one

Then get like an i5 6500 or 6600 non k they are cheaper, no point of getting an unlocked k chip on a locked motherboard like that gigabyte H110.

^ in addition the K CPU do not include cooler.
so you are looking at saving 50$ at least if going 6600(non K) or 6500
