Does this motherboard have a 3 pin connector for this fan?

You can plug a 3-pin connector into a 4-pin header. You would just leave the last pin alone. I don't see many fan headers on that motherboard. I think I find two. But you can always power the fans using your power supply via molex cables.

From what I can see, this motherboard has only two 4-pin connectors. One for the CPU, and a second one for a system fan. Typically the 4-pin connectors work with 3-pin fan connections also.

I see only one 4pin connector for *CPU_fan* and one 4pin connector *sys_fan*.
So, your 3pin Cooler will work, but only without auto RPM control.

is this for PSU or motherboard? i dont understand, im buying a xfx 650w for my psu some time

Yes. They may not have those adapters for your fans so you may have to purchase them separately. But they should provide the molex cables so you can plug them in.

The cable is to connect a FAN directly into the POWER SUPPLY so the fan is powered directly from the power supply instead of the motherboard. The motherboard is NOT the only way to provide power to a fan.

1. Your motherboard can have one CPU fan and one CHAS Fan.
2. You can add more CHAS fans by connecting them not to motherboard, but to PSU.
3. If your PSU have no special connectors for Fans - you will need adapter.

Yes. They are called molex cables.
