Does this motherboard have the options I want? I can't decipher specs. Asus TUF Z370 Pro Gaming

I am looking at a build around an i7-8700 CPU. I want a reliable motherboard, but will not be doing any overclocking (obviously with a non-k chip.)

I have been reading spec sheets, but am having trouble decifering if this board has what I am looking for in two specific areas:

1. Front USB 2.0 header - maybe this is so mainstream and standard they don't list it anymore? I have a Corsair 200R case and want to make sure the USB header will plug into the motherboard.

2. Fan cooling headers. I think this has a CPU fan port and two Chassis fan ports, but it also includes a water cooling port. It looks like a fan port, can I use that to plug in a third fan if I want to?

Its got 2 USB 2 ports, support 4 additional USB 2 ports. 2 chassis fans

The manual should tell you if you can use the AIO header as a fan header. If it doesn't, use a splitter
