Does this motherboard VCORE normal??

Normal VCore is somewhere around 1.25 - 1.3V, so yes that is dangerously high. However, it is quite common for monitoring software to be inaccurate, so check your VCore voltages in the BIOS itself; they are likely to be lower and withing acceptable limits.

Some guys from the other forum says this is normal. The HWmonitor reading is wrong, the vcore under motherboard sub tab is supposed to be vccin which is a normal value and the vid under the cpu tab is supposed to be vcore/vid.

The CPU VIN (or what should be VCore) is normal. The value listed for VCore under the motherboard is not. The other people are right; either HWMonitor isn't reading the voltages properly or has mislabeled them.

Check your voltages in the motherboard BIOS itself if you want to know what the voltages are.
