I agree that is a better value PSU, but not because of the higher wattage. OP's system is fine with a quality 450w unit.

The CX430 is the only one of those series I've handled and they feel extremely light and cheap. The RXM series has decent weight. RXM is best series I've seen from Corsair yet personally

They look insane. So. Many. Ports. I do wish they would integrate the curved edges likes on the RM750X to all their PSUs. To me it makes the build quality so much better
