Does this power supply hookup with the motherboard?

I want to buythis (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132566) motherboard, im kind of confused because in some places it says 8-pin and other places it says 24-pin or ATX and EATX

Yes it works and requires both. 24 pin for the board and 8 pin for the cpu.

You need both an 8-pin EPS (or 4-pin EPS on some boards) and a 24-pin ATX, so that PSU is compatible... but that isn't a very good PSU.

Yes, that PSU is fine (though I don't know the brand).
The 20+4 and also the ATX/CPU (4+4) go to the motherboard.
It has ample connectors for current add-on cards and drives

well maybe not im not really sure to be honest but alot of people talk down on it XD, Also do you think that is a good pick for a motherboard or could I get better I need a LGA 1151 socket, I have and I already sent my power supply
