Question Does this PSU have enough power for this build ?

I have some... kind of old components, mbd, etc.

PSU is a Corsair CX430 80 PLUS®

Honestly, that PSU and every other green labelled Corsair PSU is meant for the dumpster. Look into a reliably built 550W PSU for your build.

Not only was this a terrible PSU, it's a terrible PSU that was manufactured well over a decade ago, making it an even worse option. I might test fans or a pump with one, but that's pretty much it.

Generally the cx430 is a quite terrible unit and I would not recommend that for your system.

Has that system already been running with that PSU for awhile? If so you could make the argument for leaving it with that PSU since there's not much to lose if it goes boom. But probably not a good mindset

The S suffix processors are low power variants.
The 450ww psu is enough to run with a 970.
But, as others have said, the psu is old and not the greatest quality.

If you have one, try it.
If you don't, look for something stronger and of better quality.
