Does this scratch on pcb affect anything?

Hello guys, I was looking in my pc this day and I noticed that my gpu has a little scratch on the GPU (https://imgur.com/a/qWWp7)

Can this affect anything about my gpu?

Will it affect my gameplay or something? ( I game a lot)

Also this black layer is protective paint or is just for fashion?

Do I make it too much of a deal?

That scratch isnt breaking any connections by the look of it.
So im sure there is nothing to worry about. If it is working at this moment you are perfectly fine and should not see any hiccups
