the problem is if i want to run this cpu max speed i need something better im getting lik 91c on my cpu with cinebench
gpu rx 6800 has been good but i get annoying stuttering with adobe i have been thinking that a rtx 4080s would be alot better for it as well because i have though adobe likes cuda more
power supply im planning to get a 1200w psu so i can have it for a really longtime
also looking at getting the corsair 7000d as well

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

How is the AIO mounted in your chassis and what is the number and orientation of the fans in your build? I would wait and see what the RTX5000 series holds for us and then invest in the RTX4080 Super or their ilk. Corsair is the brand of the unit while 1000W is the advertised wattage of the unit. What is the model of said PSU and how old is the PSU in your build?

my bios version is f29 09/27/24

the aio is mounted to the front of my corsair 4000d right now with 3 three fans mount on the front
and the psu is cosair rm1000x 80plus gold and 5 months old but its new open boxed

What clocks are you getting while running cinebench? Running in the 90's is pretty typical for the 12900ks on stock all-core boost. You could try going push-pull configuration on your rad (3 fans on each side) if you could fit it in your case to knock the temps down a few degrees.

I do agree on waiting on what the RTX 5000 series would bring. If anything it might bring the price of the 4000 series down. A 4070ti super or a used 3090 would be good enough to keep up with the i9 but if the 4080 super is in your budget then I don't see why not.

5.0p xores and 4.0ghz on e cores cpu pulled like 280ws

i have though of the rtx 5000s but im here in australia so it will be alot more then usd price

also what my plan was yo do a psu and cooler change plus case then down the line couple months give my rx 6800 to my nefew and get a rtx card my old corsair so i hope i can fit 420mm rad aio or 480mm rad aio also my corsair 1000w as well
