Question Does this sound like coil whine. ?

Hi.
I use the rtx zotac 4090 trinity non oc.
Every time I'm playing an aaa titles game. This noise comes. Was wondering what it is. ... Would like the feedback.
Zotac thinks it's the cooler. I feel it's the card. Because while playing If I go back to menu it vanishes. It's only while playing intensive tasks. Like gaming aaa titles mostly.

It does but I think you should narrow it down further by rolling a sheet of A4 paper into a cylinder, then hold one end to your ear while the other end is used to probe for the source of the noise.

What are the specs to you build? Please list them like so:

Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
