[SOLVED] does this support large hard drive MSI MS-78511

hi, can anyone help regarding this motherboard if it can support 8tb hard drives as a secondary drive ?
my OS is installed on an SSD. the problem I'm having is it is not detected by Windows 10.

Is the drive being detected in BIOS?
Did you check Disk Management?

What model drive BTW?

seagate barracuda (ST8000DM004)
it doesn't show up on disk management. I'll check to see if it shows up on bios.

If it doesn't show up on bios in any slot and any working cables on your motherboard, then it's mostly a dead hdd.

I just wanted to thank everyone for all your help. I fixed the problem by updating bios.
