[SOLVED] Does this upgrade look fine?

This is how my pc would look like after cpu + cooler, mobo and ram upgrade (I'm planing on upgrading gpu and bying a m2 ssd in the future):

I'm looking to overclock as close to 5Hgz as possible. 

Does this build look okey? Will everything work fine? Should I change something?

Id slow down with the 5GHz realistically.. but if you win the silicone lottery go right on ahead. It all depends on how much voltage you will need and if that corsair can keep up. Its a very good AIO, but you might still hit a wall.
