The programs like TuneUpUtilities 2012 and other programs that optimize your Windows OS. Do they really help speed up your computer?
I have a Core i7 2500k and 4 gig of ram, Do you think I will still need them?

The only thing that will help speed up the system would be to Overclock it. If you want your system to run like a fresh install all the time with. Deepfreeze or Clean Slate
