Does updating to the latest BIOS give all the previous updates?

I am asking specifically for the GIGBYTE B150MD3H motherboard. I want to get 7th gen processor but pcpartpicker gave a warning that the motherboard has to be updated before hand for 7th gen compatibility. I have updated the motherboard to the latest BIOS but I noticed older updates were larger than the one I downloaded. Will updating to the latest one give me the compatibility for 7th gen or do i need to download the others as well? Thank you!

I would not think so the latest bios will be the best for your system no need to download older version's

Usually the updates encapsulate all the bug fixes and new functionality and changes. They are cumulative by nature
