[SOLVED] Does using anyview cast with my smart TV use my internet data?

Hi tech experts.
I have a smart TV and would like to use anyview cast or this is just like mirroring and I am wondering wether this will use my internet data or bandwidth.

So does this eat my internet data?

Simple answer would be to disable any internet connection and see if you can get it to work. Be sure to disable/unplug your regular internet connection as well as turn off the mobile broadband in the device you are transmitting from.

Some system like miracast do not while chromecast in most cases does use internet bandwidth.
