does wifi included mean that it can connect to wifi or it has its own wifi hotspot?

Solution

It means if you want to connect to the router via WiFi, you have to buy an addon WiFi device. Either PCI-E or USB.
If you want to connect to the router via ethernet cable, 99% of current motherboards have an ethernet port built in.

If it specifically states that it has WiFi built in, you do not need to buy anything else.
If it doesn't say it has it...it doesn't.

What motherboard are we talking about?

That one has no WiFi included.

PCI-E wifi cards are only $20-$30.
What is the rest of the build? You can probably squeeze that out elsewhere. $175 for a motherboard is not 'budget'...:)

In any case, WiFi is the last choice you should make for a desktop PC connection.

this is the build if i get the gaming 7 http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Ydx8P6
the budget it 1800 but i want the 144hz monitor but i have to i'll take it out for 60hz. it got such good reviews for the 144hz thats why. the rest of the build is pretty solid though. dont exactly want to change it much since crossfire r9 280x's are really nice for the price-performance.
