Question Does Xeon E5440 suport virtualization technology?

It seems really slow when I use android emulator (MEMU).
I have already checked the BIOS and virtualization is enebled.

I was running MEMU with my laptop and it runs smooth but it has i5 3317u and less performance.

How many cores are being used?
amount of ram and speeds?
platter or SSD in computers?

The e5440 was released back in 2008 while the 3317u came out in 2012. Even with the slower clock speed of the 3317u the 4 year newer IPC gives the single core performance an edge over the e5440.

I selected 4 cores (all) on amulator (also tried less cores and it did't work).
I have 4 gigs of ddr2 800hmz and also 2 gigs of ram is selected in emulator.
I'm running it on my SSD.
Also E5440 is enough because I can run RUST (which a game that requires i7-3770 min).
