Does your mouse actually matter?

I've been using the CM storm Devastator 2 for 2 years now and both the mouse and keyboard are doing very well. I have no intentions on changing out the keyboard except for changing to WASD keys to something more textured. The mouse that's in the combo does the job and I'm not sure if upgrading it would even be worth it. Thanks.

It really depends on what games your playing, and with the 2000 DPI your mouse has, you are getting fine precision which is the only reason I upgraded my mouse. Unless it breaks or faults in a way, no reason to spend the money unless you just want to.

If you are satisfied with your mouse then there is no reason to replace it.
I personally upgraded my mouse to an M65 because it fits my hand well, has the flexibility I want, is very well built, and looks nice.
If my previous mouse had satisfied me, I wouldnt have bought this one.

Mice dont improve performance, its how they suit your style.
