Dolby digital plus Home theater not working in windows 10, pc 64 bit

Hi guys. I have windows 10 pc 64 bit, latest version. Whenever I boot my computer after some time, tries to open dolby digital plus, but it says, Dolby digital plus cannot run because of an error please install it again. I tried to download and install it again but I cannot find this software. In Dolby site there is not any link to download drivers. I tried to run it in compatibility mode as if I had windows 8. Then the dolby digital home theatre runs in a new window however, the computer sound does not change at all, although I make many changes to equalisers in digital home theatre window. So I tried everything I could think but I cannot run dolby digital plus in windows 10 64 bit. What should I do? Thank you in advance for your help.

it seems the app isn't compatible at all with your home theatre dolby you should ask dolby about an compatible software you could download

I think that it is the windows update that caused this because in previous versions it was working fine. What should I do? I cannot find correct dolby digital plus please help. What should I do to make dolby digital plus software to work ok again?
