Dolphin Twilight princess low fps

I have terrible fps on dolphin for pretty much everything. I have a fx 6300 8 gigs of RAM and a r9 270. Why must my fps be so unBEARable. Thank you peoplez. I'm dying here.

What version of dolphin are you using, is it 32bit or 64bit, and what OS are you running. Dolphin emulation requires a lot of CPU power. I'm assuming you own the games you are emulating on the PC.

newest, 64bit windows 7 yeah

Well you could try running one of the Dev 64bit builds they are making changes to make the emulator a bit faster. Emulation requires a lot of CPU power so the only other thing you could do is overclock your CPU to try and get a bit more FPS out of the emulator.

Other then that there isn't much you can do but wait for the emulator to mature a bit more.

TP is known to have performance issues. The "Hyrule Field Slowdown" is one of the biggest issues not yet totally fixed.
