Dominator 3x4 not running

i have a old corsair dominator ddr3 4x3 1600Mhz ram kit. but my board is intel dh67cl and It cant run the 3 ram together. whenever I put off 1 ram from the board and run 2x4gb.. it runs perfectly.. before this dominator i had xms3 4x1.. but both the kit are 9-9-9-24 .. still the board cant run the 4 ram all together..when i first installed the full dominator kit it ran and i saw the memory in dxdiag.exe, showing 12 gb.. but after a night when i started the computer the pc starts but no display, later i put off 1 stick it runs perfectly.. i am in need of 12gb for 3d works, but spent all most of my savings in the dominator kit.. any solutions to run my both kit together? or atleast 12gb dominator kit ?? plz help guys..

Use Either 2x4 or 4x4
Don't use 3x4

Try with two sticks, go into BIOS and set the DRAM voltage to 1.6, save. exit, shut down, add third stick and then try it
