Question Dongle for Macbook 4K @ 60hz on a 165hz monitor ?

Hello Guys,

I got my Macbook recently and I have a 165hz monitor with HDMI and DP ports

So I want to buy a Thunderbolt hub that has an HDMI port on it, but I got confused because there are only
4K @ 30hz and 4K @ 60hz ones on the market.

Can the 4K @ 60hz one run 165hz on my 1080p monitor?
