Grisoft identifies it

I-Worm/Opas

norton identifies as Download.Trojan


It cannot be deleted ,or healed
what shall I do now ? should I ignore?

You should have only one antivirus program. Using more than one makes your
computer more susceptible to virus infection, not less.
