I'm going to be resetting windows to remove registry errors that prevent me from installing software's I need from Dreamspark for school, but I would like to take my save files for Empire: Total war to the new configuration. I found the directory path for my game: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Empire Total War and will attach Screenshots below (note: Im using darthmod, would like to transfer it too):

What do I do? Do I just select everything and copy and paste to a new conifguration of steam when the game is re-installed on newly wiped computer?

Here's only save path I was able to find, but it is filled with every faction in game it cant really be it can it?

That path dosen't work for me. but as for the game, after I copy all the files under Empire folder do I just overwrite whatever is in the same folder when I re-install the game? Im worried about compatbility issues.

That's not a direct path you copy and past, did you change it to your user name? did try navigating there manually, did you enable show hidden folders? (google anything you don't know how to do)

I believe darthmod is fairly complex, you'll have to see how it was installed and likely install it again after reinstalling empire. Straight copying the files likely won't work.
