Don't know how to obtain digital product with GTX 980

Hi, I bought a EVGA GTX 980 Classified on Newegg and as a promotion the sent me a code to get the Tomb Raider game. I used the link to NVidia redeem page and logged in with my steam user, after that filled a form and received another mail, this time from NVidia telling me:
(Below is a confirmation of your redemption. Note: Do not share your key(s). Otherwise you may not be able to play.) Don't know what to do after that? Does this product is for downloading or to play online in Steam?

By what I can understand, you got a key to download the game through steam from nvidia.
According to geforce.com, game is already on your steam games library:
http://www.geforce.com/games-applications/pc-games/rise-of-the-tomb-raider/bundle/code-instructions

Go to your games library, look for the game and choose to install it.

As far as playing offline goes, as long as game allows for it, it could work.
