Question Don't know if cooler will fit

Hello, I have an msi z87i gaming ac mini itx and i am worried that i won't be able to fit a be quiet dark rock 4 because of the cpu socket being to close to the graphics card.

I am trying to decide on a case, between the NZXT h200 mini itx or the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv Mini-ITX, can you help me decide?

the case will have zero impact on this. Case design, read reviews, apply your own personal taste. CPU sockets and there position relative to the PCI-E sockets are very well defined and so you'll be able to fit any cooler that'll fit in the case, RAM height is your biggest constraint.
