Hey, this is my first PC Build and I am very nervous about getting all of the parts compatible and getting deals. (My budget is around $1000) I really want to max it out and am not sure how everything will work together. I would just like it if someone could check over this and tell me about anything that could improve the build (without adding too much more cost) and if anything is incompatible AT ALL (Fan headers, clock speed, ANYTHING) I appreciate your help and time. Thanks.

Look at antec, Corsair, Coolermaster, NZXT for a good quality case.

XFX make a 650w PSU which will suit your needs well.

The coolermaster hyper 212 evo is an amazing cooler for the money.
Missed that. It will not max games. It will pl ay them at high.

Get 8gb RAM. games use only 4gb so 16gb will never be touched. 8gb is what you want.

Get a cheaper case.

Get a coolermaster Hyper 212 evo CPU cooler instead of that liquid cooler.

Get WAY less storage. 1tb should be plenty. That 4tb HDD will be painfully slow.

use the saved money to get a better GPU (gtx760/ hd7950)

GPU- Second Page
Cooler- Suggestions?
RAM- I run a server in the background so I NEED that RAM
Case- I like that one
PSU- Suggestions?

Honestly, for the case, I found a Corsair Obsidian for the same price as the one I chose and it has less features and eyecandy. I'm fine with that case. The XFX PSU is out of stock atm, but it looks good and for the cooler, are you sure that it's more quiet than the watercooler?

So far, I got the cooler you suggested and a GTX 760. I still need something for the PSU and I am not sure about fan headers. I am aware that there are 4 pin and 3 pin fan headers, but is it possible to connect 3 pin headers onto a 4 pin motherboard? If not, is there some kind of adapter available?
