3Dmark shouldn't be the determining factor in your system upgrading, it should be if your system is performing poorly in gaming or any other use you have for it.

That PC is still very good for gaming, not on ULTRA preset obviously but it can still run the games at 1080p medium preset, just test out heavy games and see the results if you don´t want the ultra experience you don´t need to upgrade yet

IF you really want some more performance and you don't want to spend at least a few hundred bux then go look around for another used 960 to SLI them, and then go try and find another 8GB stick of ram. Those two will give you the biggest performance upgrade for the money right now.

SLI driver profiles are rare nowadays and I'd highly recommend against it, plus the OP's motherboard doesn't support SLI. If performance needs to be better then they should upgrade to a 4770(k)/4790(k) for under $180, get another 8gb of RAM and finally a better GPU depending on the budget.

the i7-4790k is even expensive than a i7-8700k in my country...how come?
if I do however get another 8GB stick...should I get one new set with 2x8GB? Or buy the exact same one? So they are both new..hmm gtx 1070 is nice same as 1060

It's probably due to the CPU no longer being manufactured, you may just want to go to a newer generation depending on budget. Even a i5-8400 outperforms the older i7's for gaming. If you give us a budget and where your buying from we could further assist you in upgrading.

Sure! Well I'm looking for a i5-8600k (kinda want to have the OC luxury and perhaps basic OC)

Buying from Newegg (The Netherlands version) and Azerty website in the Netherlands.
My budget is 1000-1400 euro's (thats includes some upgrades or complete new parts. depends)

The 212 should be good enough to keep that CPU cooler with possibly a small overclock but to really push it you'll want a better cooler.

I see that you picked the parts from me and that they are from Paradigit, however there are a fews things.

1) Most likely I will buying parts from Azerty website, they have a bit cheaper cpu/gpu/rams etc..according to tweakers.com

2) I really love the AORUS motherboard and it has some lighting if im correct? But I like the Asus Prime Z370-A and its
168,95 euro's! Will fit nicely with the components im going for.

3) My budget price might go a bit up since, I'm looking for 3200Mhz RAM sticks 2x8GB and change the settings in BIOS XMP to get to 3200MHz. But 2666Mhz is already fine I guess? (latency is different though)

4) If I buy that m.2 NVME SSD, what will I do with my current old SSD? How will I go into the change if I use my Old SSD into a new motherboard? Do I lose my windows 7 software? What about my files on there?

Samsung 960 EVO 250GB is for me 107,85 euro's and the other one you mention is 120~

5) I'm not really fan of the MSI GPU, but it does look nice, id rather go with the:
EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW GAMING ACX 3.0 8GB (566 euro's) or
EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC GAMING ACX 3.0 Black Edition (478,95 euro's)

It woulnd't mind me or hurt my budget if lets say: I'm going for a new case NZXT S340 Elite
So I don't have to change my PSU? It's been 3 years, otherwise I would spend money on a EVGA PSU G2 650W

2) You can't go wrong with either.
3) The difference in RAM speeds is pretty minimal for Intel, I'd say at best the gaming difference between 2666mhz and 3200mhz is about 2-3 FPS max so if the price difference is massive I'd stick with the cheaper RAM.
4) Newer hardware requires Windows 10, after you install Window 10 onto that NVMe SSD you can connect your old SSD to the system and transfer your files over then use your older SSD for games or programs that take awhile to load.
5) I prefer EVGA however the differences between brands can be minimal, if the choice is a 1070 ti or 1070, I'd go 1070 ti as it'll outperform it.

You may as well replace that PSU with a better quality unit, the EVGA G2 units are excellent, I've had my G2 850W for over 4 years now without any issues. The NZXT S340 Elite cases are really nice but I would recommend looking at Phanteks cases as there really good quality.

Okay so well uhmm

3) G.Skill Ripjaws - DDR4 16 GB: 2 x 8 GB - DIMM 288-PIN - 3200 MHz CL16, is the one I'd prob get. Because overclocking with togheter cpu and such (just basic OC) Since I'm using the 212 cpu cooler and the RAM looks high/big I'm not sure if I have RAM clearance. I did check on internet but im not sure.

4) Probally would be very usefull if there is a link on how to do that? Since I haven't moved from old hardware to new with in terms of upgrade/new parts. Just basically connect the SATA cables and move the files?

5) I'm going with this: EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti FTW2 GAMING, is the EVGA G2 650 PSU enough? I did check on the wattage calculatur but I want to make sure.

Will look for a Phanteks case, any suggestions?

Both are really nice, the biggest difference is size as the Evolv ITX is much smaller and will only support ITX motherboards whereas the S340 Elite is bigger and will support ATX/MATX & ITX. It will also accommodate larger coolers.

Personally though I like the challenge of working in small cases and trying to build something that's ITX/HTPC that is a powerhouse system compared to full sized desktops or gaming consoles (I hate the size of my current system).

Yes certaintly, I'm using the HDD for mass storage and such. I think about to use my old SSD as second storage and
M.2 NVME SSD for my windows and important softwares etc.

Ah I though the ITX was just the name for the case, but now I know its for ITX motherboard, well nevermind.
My decision is NZXT S340 Elite. Unless I find another Phanteks case. (still NZXT is preferably choice)
