Dose 500w psu is good for gtx 970 and i7 3820 and 16 Giga ddr3 ram 2400 bass

I have build n new pc and as you see up there i am running my pc on psu 500 watt seasonic as the minemum for the gtx970 card is 500 watt, i7 3820,16 gb 2400 bas ram. and the pc working will until when i have tried to switch the ram from 1333 bass to 2400 and the pc didnt even start up I understand maybe the pressure on the psu so i have set only one ram of the tow 8gb 2400 bass and its worked so does the ram is the proplem or the psu. and i want to know do i run the both of the ram on 1333 bass 16 gb or do i have to run onley one 8gb on bass 2400 whats bitter for me and offcourse i want to buy another psu but there an issues on psu in my country Egypt as the ecounomey proplems so i have to live with that psu for now so i hope you help me guys.

usually RAM doesn't take that much of power
also Seasonic PSUs are usually on eof the most reliable and best units out there

does your mainboard support 16GB of 2400MHz RAM?
do both sticks work independently?
