[SOLVED] Dose my GIGABYTE Z370 AORUS GAMING 7-OP have Q-flash+

I need to know if my motherboard can do Q-flash+ because I need to update the bios to use my i7-9700k. I can’t do anything right now because my cpu won’t work with the current version of bios.

It doesn't matter. To get to Q-Flash your PC has to successfully POST and it won't POST with an unsupported CPU.
