Dose the
Kingston 8Go (2X4Go) DDR3 1333MHz CL9 HyperX FURY Red
work with my build
I have :
Motherboard : Asus CROSSHAIR IV FORMULA http://goo.gl/z8OtYy
and CPU is : AMD Phenom II X6 1075T 6-Core 3 GHz
Graphic card : Zotac Geforce GTS 450 1 gb

Solution
Actually, our HyperX Fury memory is not compatible with the ASUS Crosshair IV Formula motherboard. All of our currently manufactured 4GB memory modules are Single Rank and that motherboard requires Dual Rank 4GB memory modules. We no longer support the ASUS Crosshair IV Formula motherboard as we no longer manufacture memory that is compatible with it. You might be able to find the discontinued kit part number KVR1333D3N9K2/8G from some online resellers.

Thank you for considering HyperX Fury memory,

Yes that RAM will work with your system.

That mobo can accept higher clocked RAM modules, but the 1333MHz is a safe memory kit to get, as the manufacturer's specifications indicate that higher RAM frequencies are overclocked.

Thx for answering dude
but i have a question what if i get the 1600 mhz its gonna work or what is gonna happened ?
PS : i dont do any overclock and im not looking to !

Hey thx for your replay but i just bought :
HyperX Fury Mémoire RAM 8 Go 1333 MHZ DDR3 Non-ECC Cl9 DIMM Kit (2X4Go), for my pc above
Are u telling me that its not gonna work if I install them ?

Most all DRAM today is made with high density (4Gb) memory ICs (chips) and many older mobos want low density (2Gb) ICs. Also the Fury operate off PnP and I don't believe the mobo chipset on the Crosshair IV, predates the use of PnP for DRAM in the chipset

Thx for helping dude but i dont understand what are u saying !!
just tell me if it is gonna work with my build or not cz i have already ordered online and i dont know what to do !!!!

BTW im using from 3 years ago A ram with this build which is :
APOTOP DDR3-1333 4GB PC3-10600, CL9 (9-9-9-24 with Heatsink
and i haven't got any problem with it until now !!! and i saw that this fury ram has much the same Specs !!
So what should I Do now ?? should get it or should I cancel the order ?

DRAM used to be made with low density memory chips, most all DDR3 these days uses higher density memory chips for higher performance and the older mobos can't run with the higher density chips on the DRAM sticks. To upgrade need to look for an older model of DRAM
