Question Dotted lines are appearing on my screen

Hello, a few days ago green dotted lines are appearing on my screen. I updated my graphics card drivers and other drivers too just in case, and they still appear. This is what they look like:

Hello, a few days ago green dotted lines are appearing on my screen. I updated my graphics card drivers and other drivers too just in case, and they still appear. This is what they look like:

Either bad video cable. Try replacing it.
Or graphics card failing (vram issue).

Please list full system specs.

Check in bios and external (hdmi or VGA) for the effects if laptop

I replaced video cable and the problem is still there, and I uninstalled graphics card drivers using DDU and nothing changled.
My specs:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 1200 Quad-Core Processor 3.10 GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB
System: Windows 10 64x
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Motherboard: A320M PRO-VD/S

I have this computer for about 5-6 years, so maybe graphics card is just dying out.
