Double of all processes running

Hello, there seems to be double of everything running on the computer. Does anyone know what would cause this? Assumedly this is why the computer is running so slow. They are also saying there is not enough storage to run a Microsoft fix though I have tons of room on the memory. I have very few items installed.
Could this be a virus or a matter of deleting double programs?

Do you have two accounts logged on?

Anyway, take a screenshot of the details tab of the task manager so we can see what you are talking about.

There is another account on the computer but as far as I know it is not logged on. I will try to attach screen shots. These are some process in-between but I just took a few from different places on the list. Thanks for helping.

Just use the img bb tag after uploading it to something like imgur

Don't download anything! You need to upload to a web hosting place, flicker or even facebook are fine.
