I want to buy a PC for mainly renderings or designing process but also play games sometimes like gta 5, Forza horizon etc and I am getting two PC's one is ryzen 1600x with zotac 1080 mini ($1807) and other is with 1700x and same gpu($1911) which should I prefer I like the 1600x combination but I have doubt that it will bottleneck 1080

Solution
the R5-1600 is a strong processor, and, unless you need absolutely need 144 fps minimums at 1080P in every single game, reviews I've seen show it able to meet 144 fps frame rates in 7 out of 8 games... Yes, the 6700k,7700K and 8400 and above will all outframe it in games, but, normally not noticeable.

At 1440P and above, the GPU is much more of the bottleneck anyway.
