for emulate consoles and durability is better gamestick or TVBox?

Depends on the quality of either.
A TVbox can have more USB ports so you could possibly save yourself a usb hub but that's about it.
If it has a good CPU and enough cooling it will last.
Also look if there is a halfway cheap hdmi cable adaptor for your smartphone then that's all you need.

If you're not afraid to dive into some technical nitty and gritty, I'd argue a Raspberry Pi with a RetroPi build on it is superior.
