Get in the habit of running a pass of crystal disk info it might help spot something going on.

It will not help with sudden failure.

It's a tool it's quick it's easy is it perfect I doubt it.

There are scan type tools but they take time to run.

Question - tests in hdd

1) Does any software test show whether the HDD is new or used and whether the firmware/bios has been changed by someone? 2) What software test on HDD is good to identify whether it is in good condition?
